Key Responsibilities:
Review and enhance compliance programs to meet regulatory and organisational standards. Conduct internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance procedures are followed. Provide training and guidance on compliance matters. Collaborate with departments to review and implement policies. Lead internal investigations on compliance issues. Monitor regulatory developments and best practices. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and auditors. Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies. Promote a strong compliance culture within the organisation.Required Skills & Competencies:

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or related field Minimum 5 years post-degree experience in compliance Knowledge of industry standards and regulations Certificate in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (preferred) Familiarity with the King Code on Governance (preferred) Membership with a relevant professional body
