Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute strategic GTM projects across Africa. Manage cross-functional teams to achieve objectives. Optimize networks through financial modeling and planning systems. Analyze distribution flows to meet operational targets. Drive GTM improvements in time, SKU, and DC efficiency. Develop strategies aligned with retail trends. Identify transport network efficiencies and opportunities. Enhance processes with the GTM COE. Implement tools and performance systems for SSA distributors. Evaluate and improve distributor performance and SLAs. Benchmark and refine commercial processes for efficiency. Ensure compliance with Global Control Standards (GCS). Lead change management for project implementation. Set goals, monitor progress, and develop team capabilities. Foster teamwork and collaboration with HR and Capabilities COE. Qualifications & Experience:
Education: 3-year Degree or Diploma in a relevant field. Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in the FMCG industry. Distributor Management: At least 3 years of experience working with distributors. Key Skills & Attributes: Proactive, self-driven individual who works independently. Strong numerical and analytical abilities. Excellent negotiation skills. Ability to develop and implement winning strategies. Highly deadline-driven with strong execution skills.
