Finance Management: Oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Administrative Oversight: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks ensuring smooth operations across the business. Operations & Technical Balance: Split focus between operational efficiency and technical processes. Manage stock control, product management, and inventory accuracy. Leadership: Lead and manage a team of finance and admin staff, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with company objectives. Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant financial regulations and standards. Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term business planning and decision-making, providing insights into financial trends and challenges. Experience and Skills Required
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree or equivalent At least 8 years of relevant experience in finance and administration, with at least 4 years in a management capacity. Skills Required
Strong financial and analytical skills. Ability to manage both operational and technical aspects of the business. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
