Other duties include:
Oversee the consolidation of financial results for month-end, year-end, half-year, and quarterly reporting, including Audit Committee and Board packs. Manage all financial and banking operations of the Branded Products head office, ensuring compliance with IFRS and financial best practices. Lead the annual budgeting process, three-year planning, and quarterly forecasting, consolidating inputs across the business. Oversee accounting for new acquisitions and play a key role in their financial and operational integration. Stay updated on financial regulations and industry trends, providing support on various CFO-assigned tasks. Education:
