Our client is seeking a proactive and hardworking Corporate Assistant to join their team. This role will support the Marketing Manager, CEO and Financial Manager. Responsibilities: Manage corporate travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and visas. Assist in marketing activities: event coordination, inventory management, and material distribution. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence. Liaise with clients and manage executive communications. Requirements: 3-5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in marketing and executive support is a plus. Package on offer: Basic salary:Â Â R14,000 â??
