My client is looking for an outstanding Business Intelligence candidate with broad technical skills to build analytic and reporting capabilities to deliver on strategic analytical/reporting projects, define/produce end-to-end metrics that inform product and business decisions and identify new opportunities through data-driven insights. My client in healthcare administration is looking to employ
HOD: Business Intelligence

As HOD: Business Intelligence you will be responsible for:

• Excellent leadership Skills
• Organisational and planning skills, being able to prioritise workload.
• Data analysis
• Data-story telling
• Presentation creation
• Power BI proficient
• Strategic and analytical mindset
• Ability to use initiative, a self-starter.
• High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate, negotiate and influence across the organisation and externally.
• Experience in reporting, data extraction, data mining, data modelling and predictive modelling essential.
• Exposure within the Medical Scheme administration environment would be an added advantage.

What do you need:

• Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree (Statistics, Actuarial, SQL, Data Science)
• Demonstrated ability to interact with business customers, gather requirements and deliver complete scalable and sustainable BI solutions
• 5+ years' experience within required field
