HOD: Business Intelligence
As HOD: Business Intelligence you will be responsible for:
- Excellent leadership Skills
- Organisational and planning skills, being able to prioritise workload.
- Data analysis
- Data-story telling
- Presentation creation
- Power BI proficient
- Strategic and analytical mindset
- Ability to use initiative, a self-starter.
- High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate, negotiate and influence across the organisation and externally.
- Experience in reporting, data extraction, data mining, data modelling and predictive modelling essential.
- Exposure within the Medical Scheme administration environment would be an added advantage.
- Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree (Statistics, Actuarial, SQL, Data Science)
- Demonstrated ability to interact with business customers, gather requirements and deliver complete scalable and sustainable BI solutions
- 5+ years' experience within required field
