- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in leading large-scale transformation programs within Supply Chain, Production, or Operations.
- Proven track record of driving technology-led transformation projects in complex manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong background in engineering best practices, process optimization, and digitalization.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Familiarity with ERP, MES, AI, IoT, automation, and other advanced industrial technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
