Duties:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations in the crypto/Web3 space, including tracking crypto transactions, wallet balances, and smart contract operations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards while navigating the complexities of blockchain transactions.
- Track and reconcile transactions in crypto wallets, exchanges, and DeFi protocols to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Monitor volatility in crypto assets and reflect those changes in the company’s accounting systems, ensuring no coins are left behind!
- Stay on top of evolving regulatory frameworks surrounding cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 to ensure the company remains fully compliant in a rapidly changing legal landscape.

- CA(SA) Qualification
Experience:
- Proven exposure to the Crypto/Web3 space – either through your own investments, personal projects, or previous work exposure.
- A keen interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web3 technologies.
- Strong accounting knowledge, especially in the areas of financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.
