Our client that manufactures industrial weighing equipment is seeking a Storeman to join our team. Responsibilities:Â
Counter Operations:
- Interact with fitters, boiler shop, customers, suppliers, and couriers.
- Prepare delivery and goods received notes.
- Check in and receipt overseas shipments.
- Create labels for new items.
- Document and allocate stock issues.
- Perform stocktake reconciliations and variance checks.
- Manage stock receipts.
- Purchase stock and non-stock items.
- Handle supplier invoices and buyout costs.
- Meet supplier deadlines and liaise with suppliers for product availability.
- Pick items for various needs.
- Pack and arrange courier bookings for sales orders.
- Manage allocations, timesheets, and job tracking.
- Manufacture items into stock and update BOMs.
- Plan new installations and projects.
- Load job estimates and meet end-of-month deadlines.
- Organize and maintain the store layout.
- Conduct stock reconciliations, monthly checks, and manage variances.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Accpac.
