About the Role:

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for stock management, staff supervision, dispatch and receiving processes, as well as ensuring operational efficiency. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the receiving and dispatching of stock accurately.

  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed.

  • Oversee repairs and exchanges, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Ensure seamless operation of the POS and Pastel system.

  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff effectively.

  • Maintain full-cycle stock control, including assembled stock.

  • Supervise packing and stacking of stock to optimize space and minimize damage.

  • Monitor and reduce stock losses and damages.

  • Plan and coordinate deliveries and collections efficiently.

  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and warehouse organization.

Requirements:

  • Warehouse Manager
  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent (Tertiary qualification preferred).

  • Experience:

    • 4+ years in retail, receiving, or warehouse operations.

    • 4+ years in a managerial role (supervising 18+ staff members).

    • 4+ years in customer service.

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

    • Strong leadership and communication skills.

    • Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

    • Computer literacy (Word & Excel).

    • Knowledge of Sage Pastel (advantageous).

  • Other Requirements:

    • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.

  • 4+ years in retail, receiving, or warehouse operations.

  • 4+ years in a managerial role (supervising 18+ staff members).

  • 4+ years in customer service.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

  • Computer literacy (Word & Excel).

What We’re Looking For:
