âï¸ Proven experience as a Finance Manager in FMCG, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Retail
âï¸ BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CIMA/CA(SA) advantageous)
âï¸ Strong leadership and communication skills
âï¸ Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
âï¸ Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
