Senior Reporting Manager | CA(SA) | Multi-National ExposureLead Group Reporting for a Fast-Growing Global Business!Are you a CA(SA) with Big 4 experience, specializing in Group financial reporting and IFRS compliance? This is your opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you’ll own and shape Group reporting processes, manage audits, and drive best-in-class practices across multiple regions.Location: Cape Town-based or willing to relocate (no relocation assistance provided). Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Group consolidation and financial reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines
- Own Group statutory audits , being the key liaison with external audit teams
- Shape and implement best-in-class Group reporting practices to keep pace with business growth
- Ensure IFRS compliance and draft accounting policies and guidance for the Group
- Work alongside FP&A and accounting teams to enhance Group reporting capabilities and deliver strategic insights
- Oversee internal controls to ensure adherence to international standards across Group processes
- Drive reporting system enhancements and participate in finance improvement projects
- CA(SA) with 3+ years post-qualification experience
- Big 4 or a leading audit firm training with a strong technical accounting foundation
- Proven experience with Group reporting , multi-national, multi-currency environments , particularly across Africa, UK, or Holdco territories
- Deep understanding of IFRS compliance, statutory reporting, and financial controls
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on building engaged, high-performing teams
- Advanced MS Office proficiency and excellent organizational skills
