Hire Resolve's Client are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Client Relationship Person to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities within the Wealth Management/Financial Services sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and sales skills to support the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-net-worth clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market conditions to provide informed financial guidance.
- Conduct presentations, client meetings, and networking events to promote the company’s financial products and services.
- Manage and report on sales performance, client engagement, and revenue growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- FAIS compliant & NQF 5 qualification (a degree is advantageous but not mandatory).
- 2 – 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within Wealth Management/Financial Services .
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to develop and execute business growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, set targets, and meet deadlines.
