- Proven experience in internal sales and customer service
- Strong product knowledge and ability to interpret catalogues
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans (well-spoken and professional presentation)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales ability with a persuasive, persistent, and results-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong telecommunication skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively
