A dynamic opportunity exists for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing, warehouse operations, and facility maintenance. This role is responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding high safety and operational standards. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, implement best practices, and lead teams to achieve operational excellence. Required Qualifications & Experience- A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, warehousing, or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance standards.
