Our client is looking for an IT Sales/Account Manager.
Responsibilities
Identify sales opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline through lead generation.
Manage the 4-step B2B sales process (Identify, Connect, Explore, Advise).
Sell a diverse range of IT hardware products while staying updated on industry trends.
Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing the best possible solutions.
Achieve individual KPIs and targets while tracking sales performance.
Maintain accurate records on Comma5 CRM, including client interactions and sales activities.
Ensure proper categorization of clients and manage the account application process for new customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide timely updates to clients on order processing and shipments.
Collaborate with the accounts team to follow up on payments.
Act as a mentor to support team growth in sales careers.
Ensure quick turnaround of quotes within one hour.
Serve as an ambassador for the company.

Previous experience in IT hardware sales is advantageous but not required.
