Requirement Gathering and Analysis
Work with business users and stakeholders to collect and document their needs and goals Hold workshops to understand current processes and systems Analyse business processes to find areas for improvement and automation Do feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to suggest the best solutionsSolution Design and Development

Qualification
Degree in Industrial EngineeringExperience and Skills
Experience as a Business Solutions Analyst or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of business analysis methods and tools Experience in requirements gathering and solution design Understanding of software development and project management Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects Knowledge of business practices and regulations
