Our client, a leading innovator in financial wellness and inclusion, has developed a platform that enables employees to access their already earned wages early (EWA). They are now looking for a Developer – Technical Support to join their team.
Requirements:
Computer Science Qualification or similar C# & SQL (anything over that in our stack is a bonus)
About the Role
Provide Level 2 - Level 3 technical support Raised via customer/client support Raised via DataDog and Alerts Incident and problem co-ordination with Core Development Team Analyse and write SQL stored procedures in resolving issues Develop SQL scripts and modification of existing ones Resolve escalated issues and report software defects via Jira Service Management Support planning and implementation of changes/upgrades Adhere to internal SLA Log and report production issues (incident report) Assist core development with Database maintenance Improve and enhance PMN’s internal Admin platform analyse user requirements develop according to specifications, user requirements, and best practices. write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code conduct unit testing & debugging version control & documentation troubleshooting & support recommend and execute improvements Monitor system performance and conduct regular system maintenance tasks Documenting system configurations, procedures and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future referenceOther:
After hours standby and on weekend and holidays on a rotational basis Must live near Stellenbosch or Northern Suburbs area to be able to work onsite. Own reliable transport (advantageous)
