Description:
My medium-sized freight forwarder is seeking a suitable Customs Controller to join their team.Responsibilities include:
- Processing Both Import and Export Bill of Entries Sea, Road, Air & Rail
- Must have thorough knowledge of customs tariffing
- Must have customs knowledge on all bond entries, project work and over border customs requirements
- Processing Refunds / Liaising directly with customs
- Processing Cargo Dues and Landing Orders
- Processing Part load applications for the Border Customs and Durban Customs
- Arranging Port Health & Plant Inspections Easy Clear highly advantageous
