Your Responsibilities:â?? Operate & Maintain Narrow Fabric Looms Set up pile fabric machines, prepare, and ensure smooth production with accurate warp start-ups.
â?? Troubleshoot & Repair Identify and fix faults, conduct routine inspections, and maintain looms with preventative maintenance programs.
â?? Ensure Safety Maintain safety features, controls, and PPE compliance.
â?? Document & Report Keep accurate records of repairs, adjustments, and maintenance.
â?? Quality Control Verify new warps against production sheets and maintain top-notch quality standards.
What You Bring:
Grade 12 with Textile qualification Minimum of 2 years' experience in Textile weaving operations Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and repair skills. Hands-on knowledge of loom operation and maintenance. Attention to detail to ensure precision in every weave. Ability to work independently and within a team.
