Our Bellville based client is looking for a dynamic and customer-orientated Travel Consultant to join their E-commerce them in providing expert advice to travelers while creating bespoke travel itineraries. A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application

DUTIES:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Design and sell customized travel itineraries
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements and travel insurance
  • Upsell, cross sell and promote preferred suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records and client details
  • Manage customer complaints and queries
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience with:
    • Amadeus and live chat
    • Call centre
    • Travel industry
    • Sales
    • Customer service
  • Passion for travel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Target driven
HOURS:
  • While training: 08:30 - 17:00 (Mon - Fri)
  • After training: 08:00 â 20:00 (Mon - Sun on rotational shift basis)
