Key Responsibilities:As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing the full financial function, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Implementing and monitoring cost control strategies to improve profitability.
- Managing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
- Leading and developing the finance team to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Liaising with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- BCom in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in a financial management or controlling role.
- Experience in the hospitality industry (essential).
- Strong financial acumen with a focus on cost management and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
