Join a leading Retail Brand as a Digital Marketing Manager , where you'll lead innovative digital campaigns, build brand visibility, and drive engagement across all online platforms. This role is key to aligning digital strategies with business objectives—executing impactful campaigns, managing social media communities, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with influencers to position the brand for maximum impact in a competitive retail environment
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role
Experience in the retail or fashion industry (advantageous)
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM
Familiarity with event planning and coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva)
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
Analytical skills and ability to interpret digital metrics and ROI/KPI reports
Excellent communication, research, and interpersonal skills
Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during special events
Ability to travel for events and on-site setups when required
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support brand objectives
Run targeted social media advertising campaigns across platforms
Create engaging written and visual content (including photography and video)
Build and manage a strong social media presence and online communities
Collaborate with influencers to increase brand awareness
Respond to online comments and customer queries across all channels
Monitor and report on brand activity and sentiment across social media
Oversee customer service interactions on digital platforms
Conduct digital performance analysis (SEO, SEM, social media metrics)
Create and maintain reports measuring ROIs and KPIs
Plan, coordinate, and support marketing events (e.g., Black Friday)
Stay informed on emerging digital technologies and marketing trends
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with consumer demand
Ensure all digital content reflects brand tone, values, and marketing objectives
