Key Responsibilities:
As the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing and analyzing monthly management reports.
• Conducting financial forecasting and variance analysis to support decision-making.
• Overseeing cost control measures and profitability analysis across multiple locations.
• Leading and mentoring the finance team to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.
• Liaising with auditors, banks, and key stakeholders to drive financial strategy.

Experience & Skills Required:

• BCom in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a management accounting role.
• Hospitality industry experience (essential).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost efficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
