What You’ll Be Doing:- Proactively source and close new business from key markets including travel trade, corporates, events, and group bookings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, meetings, and hosting site visits.
- Represent our properties at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
- Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Track sales performance and help shape strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- A naturally outgoing, confident communicator who thrives on connection.
- Proven experience in hospitality sales (lodges, hotels, travel trade, or MICE a bonus).
- Self-driven, target-focused, and not afraid to chase opportunities.
- Excellent time management, negotiation skills, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel and represent the brand with professionalism and passion.
