Description:

      • Financial Management
      • Oversee full accounting function for the group
      • Complete monthly and annual journal processing
      • Manage daily cash flow and banking facilities
      • Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers
      • Administer third-party loans and intercompany reconciliations
      • Coordinate group short-term insurance
      • Compliance & Reporting
      • Ensure timely submission of all statutory returns
      • Prepare and present management accounts
      • Lead budgeting and financial planning processes
      • Coordinate annual financial statements with auditors
      • Manage director expense and loan account reporting
      • Corporate Secretarial
      • Handle all company secretarial administration
      • Maintain corporate governance documentation
      • Support board and committee meetings
      • Operational Support
      • Administer payroll and salary deduction accounts
      • Manage employee provident fund
      • Ensure cost recovery from subsidiaries for shared services
      • Build stakeholder relationships
      • Perform additional duties as assigned by the CFO

      • Good interpersonal skills
