Systems and Support Manager

Description:

Job purpose:

Overseeing of packhouse systems, data analysis and information dissemination in the Company. (5 Packhouses).

Key Accountability Areas:

• Support and training packhouse teams on Packhouse System.
• Reporting, administration & analysis of packhouse production data.
• Improvements & updates of packhouse systems based on efficiencies, changes in operation as well as regulatory requirements.
• Verification of financial projections & market allocations.
• Production floor – system & data validation audits.

Requirements:

• Packhouse Experience: 3 to 4 years
• Excel Experience: 5 to 6 years
• Power Bi Experience: 3 to 4 years
• Systems And Support Management: 5 to 6 years

• BCom Financial Management.
• At least 5 years previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (MS Office) will be a prerequisite.
• Power BI experience will be advantageous.
• Packhouse experience will be advantageous.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and numerical abilities are crucial.
• Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and promote positive relationships.
• Effective handling of detailed information and consistent attention to detail.
• Must be a team player.
• Strong aptitude for systems and process management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BCom Financial Management.
• At least 5 years previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (MS Office) will be a prerequisite.
• Power BI experience will be advantageous.
• Packhouse experience will be advantageous.
