Minimum Requirements: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for client visits and business development. Proven experience in project lighting sales within commercial, industrial, or retail environments. A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close deals. Ability to engage clients, assess their needs, and present tailored lighting solutions. Familiarity with market research, competitor analysis, and adapting strategies to trends. Strong relationship-building skills with a client-centred approach. High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity in all sales practices. Willingness to travel as needed to engage clients and explore new opportunities. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue potential customers through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored lighting solutions. Stay updated on lighting products and technologies to effectively communicate their features and benefits. Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value and efficiency of lighting solutions. Negotiate and finalize contracts, securing business commitments from customers. Ensure high client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to refine sales strategies. Maintain accurate sales activity records, generate reports, and update forecasts to meet deadlines. Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals. Keep up with industry trends, product innovations, and sales techniques to improve performance. Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and quotas.
