Description:

One of our clients are in search of a confident, outgoing, and results-driven Sales professional to join their team in Pretoria . You will be responsible for selling to businesses that donate to charities and support various initiatives.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B sales
  • Strong B2B sales experience – Comfortable with cold calling & presentations
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Target-driven with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Digital marketing & social media skills (bonus, but not required)
  • A qualification in Sales, Health, or Marketing (Matric + additional certification)
  • Valid driver’s license & own reliable transport (frequent client visits required)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients in sectors such as corporates, charities, disaster relief organizations, and event management.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and pitches to decision-makers, showcasing the benefits of Genesis Nutrition’s meal solutions.
  • Cold calling and prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Utilize digital marketing and social media (if applicable) to support sales efforts.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to expand business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
