Description:
Minimum Requirements:
- 8-12 Years experience as a General Manager in a Distribution Centre.
- Must have solid Warehousing & Distribution, Transport, FMCG, QRS or Similar
- Grade 12 is compulsory with Relevant Tertiary Degree, Honours Degree in Business / Supply Chain Management or similar MBA advantageous.
- Good Warehousing & Distribution, Transport, FMCG, QRS Management.
- Advances MS Office ( PowerPoint, Projects, Word, Outlook)
- Advanced MS Excel Skills
- Advanced Warehouse Management System Skills and must be a quick learner on systems

· Time and Attendance Management
· Disciplinary Enquiries, including investigations, initiating and chairing
· CCMA / Bargaining Council Exposure
· Sound knowledge of Payroll Processes
· Unionized Workforce Management
· Culture development.
· Organizational planning.
· Change Management
