Role: Financial Services Admin AssistantLocation: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape

Your Role Will Include:ð??? Scheduling client appointments and assisting with paperwork
ð??? Processing new business applications and investment transfers
ð??? Updating and maintaining client records
ð??? Managing client communication via phone and email in Afrikaans & English
ð??? Organizing and maintaining a compliant and efficient filing system
ð??? Following up on pending applications and claims
ð??? Preparing reports on new business and service requests
What You Need to Succeed:â?? Matric & industry-related qualifications/certifications
â?? Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel)
â?? Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans & English
â?? Ability to work independently as the sole team member in the Hermanus office
â?? Strong administrative and organizational skills
â?? Experience in a corporate or financial services environment (advantageous)
Additional Requirements:ð??? Valid drivers license & own vehicle
ð??? Clear criminal & credit record
ð?? Willingness to attend 4 weeks of training in Cape Town (Monday Thursday)
