What you'll do:
Play a key role in managing new client onboarding Play a key role in customer setup, training and initial hand holding while they adopt the new platform As and when applicable assist customers with campaign execution Help organize and maintain customer data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and meeting coordination Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to ensure clients are fully supported and informed Assist in preparing reports and insights for the team to help improve client experiencesWhat we need from you:
Bachelor’s degree (highly advantages) Minimum of 2 years experience in customer success within a SaaS service environment Highly proficient in technology in general and use of software solutions in general Highly proficient in Google suite and or Microsoft office suite Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, ClickUp etc Customer success experience within marketing technology Any experience within Marketing (ideally retail marketing and ideally direct marketing
