THE TOP PRIORITIES OF THE ROLE ARE:

    THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE: NON - NEGOTIABLE:

  • Qualification & proven experience: A relevant qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, key account management, or B2B sales.
  • Corporate sales & deal-making expertise Proven experience in tailoring solutions for corporate clients, engaging with executive-level stakeholders, structuring contracts, and closing high-value deals. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to deliver compelling pitches and business proposals.
  • CRM & sales tools proficiency Hands-on experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office for managing sales pipelines, reporting, and client communications.
  • Mobility requirement A valid drivers license and an ability to travel.

    HIGHLY BENEFICIAL IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

  • An established network of corporate clients.
Previous experience in airline, hospitality, travel industry, or similar is preferred.


DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: Business growth & corporate client acquision

Identify, target, and secure new corporate clients Develop strategic partnerships with businesses, travel management companies, and large enterprises. Present tailored solutions to clients, focusing on cost efficiency and operational benefits. Negotiate and close large-scale contracts, ensuring favourable terms for both parties. Market research & competitive strategy
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential corporate clients and industry trends. Contribute to the pricing strategies and packages that remain competitive in the market. Monitor competitor offerings and differentiate our services through value-added solutions. Client relationship management
