Minimum requirements for the role:A bachelors degree in business, Finance, or a related field is essential for this role (A Masters degree is preferred). Previous (5) experience working in a senior commercial or operational role, with a proven track record in building and scaling startups or medium-sized businesses. The role requires a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in scaling startups or medium-sized businesses, focusing on driving revenue growth and commercial success. Must have a strong understanding of pricing strategies, sales management, and partnership development. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and business success. Must have excellent leadership and team management skills with experience leading sales and commercial teams. Must have outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence major customers and stakeholders.
