Duties:
Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports for management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Assist in the development of the annual budget and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives. Provide strategic insights to improve financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support decision-making. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate governance, and risk management practices within the retail sector. Work closely with various departments to streamline financial processes and improve cross-functional communication.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
Experience:
Minimum of one year post articles experience in a similar finance role, preferably within the retail or corporate sector Experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and compliance
