Responsibilities:
Develop & implement regional brand strategies aligned with business expansion goals
Create tailored brand positioning to engage and resonate with target audiences
Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs
Manage brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition
Build and oversee strategic partnerships to enhance credibility and market reach
Analyse and report on campaign performance, brand growth, and competitive landscape to optimise brand success
Work cross-functionally with product development, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless brand experience
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
5+ years of brand management & marketing experience, ideally in fintech or financial services
Strong market research and analytical skills to drive data-backed decisions
Strategic thinker & creative problem-solver with the ability to translate insights into engaging brand campaigns
Proven track record of managing multi-market brand positioning & partnerships
Exceptional project management skills ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
Strong storytelling and messaging expertise to craft compelling brand narratives
Experience with marketing software & analytics tools to track brand performance
