Description:
The purpose of the CFO role is to strategically position the Company for long-term growth and to deliver value to the shareholder; will be responsible for the conceptualization, development and implementation of the financial strategy, governance framework and financial management system; and will be responsible for the Management of several departments with a staff compliment of +- 17 employees. You should be either CA(SA) / CIMA qualified with a minimum of 5 7 years experience in manufacturing or construction environment; extensive and detailed knowledge of best practice accounting systems, policies and procedures; and knowledge and extensive experience with IT systems such as MS, Excel and ERP systems (Preference to Syspro). The role will be based in Midrand and if office based.
