Site Manager to oversee residential and commercial building projects in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town . The successful candidate will report to the Site Agent and Contracts Manager and will be responsible for managing subcontractors and labor on-site .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all site activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors and labor, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaborate with the Site Agent and Contracts Manager to address challenges and report on project progress.
• Ensure proper resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and labor.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with project plans.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential and commercial construction .
• Building qualification preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations.
