Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Prepare, analyse, and present financial statements in compliance with IFRS or relevant accounting standards
- Develop, manage, and oversee budgets to align with organizational objectives and financial strategies
- Supervise invoicing, collections, and supplier payments to optimize financial operations and efficiency
- Monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability, liquidity, and effective resource allocation
- Implement and enforce internal financial controls to mitigate risk, enhance compliance, and uphold financial integrity
- Manage and reconcile property-related financial transactions, including rental income, levies, and property maintenance costs, to ensure accurate financial reporting
Qualifications:
- BCom Certificate in Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience
