Our client, market leader in the manufacturing sector is looking to hire a Production HR Administrator, based close to La Lucia. Candidates who are available immediately will get preference.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Support production with compiling, collating formatting of production related documents
- Developing and putting together documents as well as being able to understand the content and interpret the information to ensure best formulation / representation of information.
- Support production supervisors with some ad hoc duties
- Possibly include collating timesheets for payment of production staff, including leave management, overtime management, clocking reports and attendance records.
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies:
- Matric
- Production, Administration or Human Resources certificate or Diploma would be advantageous.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS office, especially excel and power point. (This will be tested)
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years relevant experience within the Manufacturing industry. (Automotive or Heavy Manufacturing)
