Are you passionate about customer engagement, data-driven marketing, and optimising the customer lifecycle? Do you have the expertise to develop, execute, and refine targeted direct marketing campaigns that drive business growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a Direct and CRM Marketing Manager to take ownership of customer segmentation, campaign strategy, and performance management in a dynamic, fast-paced digital environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, understands customer behaviour, and can drive high-impact direct marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
Develop & execute CRM and direct marketing campaigns that enhance customer relationships and retention
Manage customer segmentation & personalization strategies to deliver tailored communication
Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and recommend refinements to maximise effectiveness
Oversee the customer direct marketing calendar, ensuring engagement is optimised while minimising opt-outs
Collaborate with business stakeholders to align direct marketing with brand campaigns and customer growth strategies
Implement A/B testing strategies to drive higher conversions and optimise communication effectiveness
Ensure legal and best practice compliance for all CRM initiatives
Define and document CRM business processes, customer journeys, and campaign roadmaps to ensure strategic success

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
5-8 years' experience in a CRM role, ideally in an online transactional business with a strong digital footprint
Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, automation, and engagement strategies
Strong experience with triggered communications, segmentation, and retention marketing
Expertise in CRM tools & content management systems to drive personalisation and automation
Data-driven mindset – ability to analyse customer behavior and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Agility & adaptability – ability to pivot and optimize campaigns quickly in response to data and market trends
Detail-oriented, but with the ability to see the bigger picture and align CRM efforts with broader business objectives
