Medical Practice Northern Suburbs
We are seeking a Practice Manager Permanently to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical practice .The primary focus of this role is ensuring smooth administrative, financial, and operational over sighting.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Oversight: Review and reconcile the daily financial sheet.
Stock Management: Order and receive stationery and medical supplies.
Medicine Handling: Receive and check incoming medication deliveries.
Medical Aid Reconciliations: Reconcile medical aid remittances and ensure accurate records.
Staff Management: Provide support and oversight to reception and dispensary staff, ensuring efficient workflow and patient service.
Patient Communication: Respond to patient queries via email or telephone regarding accounts, appointments, and general inquiries.
Inter-Location Support: Travel to the second practice location as needed to deliver medication, collect cash, and retrieve paperwork.
General Administration: Ensure smooth daily operations and address any urgent matters.
Salary R 12K – 18K (depending on experience)

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between practice locations.
Experience in medical practice administratione.
Strong organizational and financial reconciliation skills.
Familiarity with medical aid remittance processes.
Ability to manage staff and provide operational support.
Excellent communication skills for patient interactions.
Ability to work independently and maintain efficiency during the locum period.
