Description:
Hire Resolve's client, a prominent property development and management company specializing in residential and commercial projects , is currently seeking a dedicated Junior Health & Safety Officer to join their team on-site.
Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor health and safety policies in compliance with legal regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
-
Investigate workplace incidents and recommend preventive measures.
-
Provide health and safety training to staff and contractors.
-
Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and training sessions.
-
Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
Requirements:
-
Valid registration with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP).
-
Proven experience in health and safety within the property development or related industry.
-
Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-
Candidates with only civil experience will not be considered.
