Description:
A leading company in Plastic packaging are on the lookout for a great Production Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, or ganizing, and supervising production processes to meet set targets.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Good verbal and written communication
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a plastic packaging industry environment, with at least 2 years in a Production Manager role.
- Strong understanding of production processes and ability to troubleshoot.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
