Hire Resolve's client is seeking a proactive and detail‐oriented Service Delivery Administrator to join their Service Delivery team. This role is crucial in managing the end‐to‐end process from order placement to successful installation and network connection. As the "eagle in the sky," you will oversee the entire service delivery process, ensuring efficiency, adherence to SLAs, and a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service that fosters strong relationships and brand loyalty.

Coordinate with internal teams and third‐party partners to guarantee smooth operations and high‐quality service.

Monitor and document all processes, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
