Supercare Services Group (Pty) Ltd is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize service delivery within our Cleaning, Hygiene, and Pest Control business. This role will oversee key accounts, manage a team of area managers, within a geographical region or sector to provide exceptional service to our clients. Manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to. Drive cleaning, hygiene and pest service solutions that exceed new and existing customer requirements. This role will manage the profitability, sustainability and growth of Cleaning, Hygiene and Pest Control solutions for key accounts within the specified region, by optimising operations and driving teams and client engagement to enhance customer experience, ensuring top-tier client satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence.The Operations Manager will review business performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets in line with management and performance (MAP) reporting. Demonstrate commercial value to your direct reports, line manager, Leadership and Executive teams, in line with the Empact vision, values and overall business strategy.

Qualifications & Experience Minimum:
- Grade 12 & relevant B Degree (NQF Level 7).
- 8-10 years' experience in Health & Safety Management, preferably in a service-driven industry.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience.
- Valid driver’s license & own vehicle.
- Postgraduate qualification (NQF Level 8) in People Management or Costing.
- SAMTRAC or NEBOSH certification.
- Experience with ISO/Management Systems auditing.
