Key Responsibilities:Full cycle 360 recruitment Effective use of search engines, company resources, own network and tools to research candidates and potential clients Direct search approaches (headhunting), advert response handling and campaigning for talent New business generation, cold/warm calling (incl. client visits new and service identify and follow up business leads) Compilation of bench marking reports for clients salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity Client and candidate management Negotiating offers, acceptance management
