Description:
Functions:- Drafting and vetting of contracts.
- Advise on compliance with relevant legislation.
- Provide legal support to a range of group companies and business units.
- Liaise with external legal service providers.Requirements:
- LLB and an Admitted Attorney of the High Court.
- At least 10 years post-qualification legal experience, of which at least 8 years should be as a legal advisor within either the investment management, wealth management, or long term insurance space.
