Skills and experience:- Relevant Data administration experience with a general understanding of operating systems, processing of data in different formats
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced Excel and intermediate MS Office skills
- Manage, control, and able to manipulate data with the able to generate reports
- Resolve queries quickly, efficiently and accurately
- Create and update records and data accurately.
Other requirements:
- Person must show great attention to detail
- Flexible must be able to learn quickly and adjust to innovative technology and ad hoc requests.
- Diligent and accountable
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and critical thinking ability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good time management skills: Identify and prioritize important tasks.
- Being able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and able to occasionally work on Saturdays (mostly month-end)
