We are currently seeking dynamic individuals for the position of Head: Human Capital to join the organization’s team in Pretoria. This role presents an exciting opportunity to provide strategic leadership and direction to the Human Capital function.
Role Purpose:
The Head: Human Capital will be responsible for providing overall leadership to the Human Capital function, ensuring that all initiatives and programs are effective, efficient, and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. This role requires someone who can drive transformation and implement innovative HR strategies that contribute to business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Capital functions, including talent attraction and retention, remuneration, learning and development, HR administration, compliance, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Human Capital Strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision and business objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, particularly Labour Law, FAIS, and FICA, and ensure that the Human Capital function is operating within regulatory frameworks.
Develop and manage the performance management system, ensuring it is aligned with organizational goals and fosters a high-performance culture.
Manage the division’s annual budget, perform cost and productivity analysis, and ensure financial sustainability of the Human Capital function.
Foster a culture of agil
